Based in Bulle, in the heart of the Gruyère region, Le Bon Bœuf serves burgers made with Swiss pasture-raised beef, certified organic by Bourgeon and Demeter, on artisan bread from the Bread Store bakery, with Gruyère AOP.
For events:
- the Signature burger: Swiss pasture-raised beef, Gruyère AOP, smoked bacon, homemade sauce;
- a vegetarian burger made to order, with a semolina patty prepared on site;
- fresh chips, never frozen, cooked in beef fat
Service and logistics:
- 50 people per hour with two staff, 80 with three;
- gas cooking, no generator required: a single 16 A CEE socket is enough;
- set menus available for bookings of 50 people or more.
